The Passion-based Future Career Experience

This 90-minute workshop, described below, is a sample of the full Passion Spark Retreat.  This sample prompts participants to reflections, writings, and engaging small group peer conversations.  This brief format provides an experiential introduction to the full Retreat format.  This "Passion-based Future Career Experience" enables practical and realistic insights for your future career within a personally stimulating and social experience. The insights your collect are built upon and developed in our full interactive workshop.

The full 40-hour Retreat Workshop

​

The full Passion Spark Retreat Workshop takes place during 40 hours of participant focus, which occurs weekly, over either four or eight weeks including 16 hours of self-reflection when not in the group.  If over four weeks, there are two 3-hour peer gatherings per day; and if over eight weeks, there is one 3-hour gathering per day.

​

The full workshop guides participants to:

1. Identify/discover your personal passions and selecting a favorite;

2. Match you passion to a specific career focus; and

3. Explore and list the primary action steps required to manifest your dream career.   The full Retreat guides you to the enthusiasm that is you, to your natural motivation, and to a place where you glow with confidence.  A 2-minute intro video and a description of the full Retreat is at PassionSpark.org/leaders.
